Antigone Oreopoulou studied Biology at the University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She obtained her first graduate degree (M.Sc.) from the Medical School of the University of Toronto on Nutritional Sciences and her second one (M.A.) on Psychology, from the University of Indianapolis. She has been trained on body Psychotherapy (biosynthesis), both as a therapist and as a supervisor, on therapeutic hypnosis (Ericksonian method), on trauma therapy, on EMDR and on Bioenergetics. She is also trained on reiki and pranic healing.
She has written books for parents and for children and her work is mainly focused on all expressions of parenthood from infertility and conception until the end of puberty.
For more than 20 years she has supported more than 5000 women and men, both in Greece and abroad, in their journey towards parenthood. Her goal is to create a relationship full of love, acceptance and respect with their child from the moment of conception until the end of puberty, She is focused on the holistic connection with the child and she educates parents and future parents to learn how to communicate in a holistic way with their child (from the first day, bodily, mentally, emotionally, energically and spiritually). She considers the birth procedure very important, since she believes that our birth has a very important and definite role on how we view and cope with the world.
The last 10 years she trains health professionals both in Greece and abroad in order to incorporate the body and the energy in their professional practice and be able to communicate deeply and effectively with patients and children.

For more than thirteen years she has been working as a science journalist, aiming to raise public awareness of mental health issues. She has also been working as a certified counsellor in therapeutic and expressive writing. Through writing tools, Dimitra helps people to bring balance to their lives and increase self- awareness. She works a lot with women, especially those who are in a transition phase of their lives.
She's the founder of an institute called "PSY-CHE" (www.empowerpsyche.org), which offers mental well-being services, including workshops, seminars, individual sessions and a web magazine about psychology issues, called “Psycho-grafimata” (www.psychografimata.com).
When not working online, she grounds herself and finds balance between virtual and real life, by facilitating workshops which take place in nature, as she believes that it’s a way to come closer to our authentic self and listen to our inner voice.
Her studies include a degree in psychology, a Master of Science in Media Psychology, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Therapeutic Writing, a Certificate in Philosophical Counseling and Psychotherapy and other training in the fields of journalism and psychology.
She's a published writer of two books and many short stories.
Dionyssis Daradanis' basic studies are in Journalism, and he has majored in Crisis Communication Management. He works with digital and print Media as a freelancer while discovering more and more how the Social Media can help corporate functions and their promotion. For the last few years he consistently collaborates with the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations contributing to the creation and promotion of several Seminars and Educational Programs
